Am I the A-hole for expecting my friends to always help me with chores?

My roommates and I have been living together for about two years. We've made a terrible agreement where we each take turns doing the dishes, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one handling the work. Last week, my friend totally forgot to do their part. I got really frustrated because they just didn't even notice. I told them that it was inconsiderate, and they said they were sorry. Now, they're saying I'm overreacting. Am I really the asshole here?

Should I talk to them again?
